Warranty:
Our workmanship is warranted for 5 years from the date of project completion, provided proper maintenance is observed by the client. This warranty excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.

ELITE PAINTING & FLOORING SERVICES is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or hidden damages uncovered during the project. We adhere to all applicable safety standards and local regulations, but the client is responsible for ensuring the work area is safe and accessible.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 2 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of project cancellation after commencement, the client will be billed for all completed work and any non-refundable materials ordered.
